This Co-op Fortnight (taking place from the 21 June to the 4 July) we're calling on everyone across the co-operative movement and beyond to celebrate the power of co-operative education and join us in highlighting a key part of our principles.

As we build back better from the Covid-19 pandemic, research has shown that education is going to be right at the heart of recovery. According the the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report, 50% of all employees will need reskilling by 2025. That's a lot of training to get through!

Not only that, education is central to the co-operative movement and part of the principles that make co-operatives unique. You might have heard of employee ownership, social enterprises and B-Corps, but it's fair to say that co-ops were the originals.
